CANCELLATION POLICY
The Charity Method – Cancellation Policy At The Charity Method, every appointment is approached with care, commitment, and intention. Your time is reserved exclusively for you, and in order to provide the highest level of service to every client, the following policy is in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer that time to another client in need of care. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Arriving late may limit the time available for your service. To respect all clients, services may be shortened while full pricing remains in effect. Arrivals beyond 15–20 minutes late MIGHT require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation. Card on File A valid card is required to book and will only be charged in accordance with this policy. Consistency & Results The Charity Method is rooted in corrective, results based treatments. Consistency is essential for achieving and maintaining your skin goals. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may impact your treatment plan and future booking availability.
